Bill is responsible for technology strategy and execution for all of the businesses and venues associated with the various operating companies of AEG. Operating under the name Digital Services, the organization is focused on delivering and brokering services across the enterprise that include security, compliance, business intelligence, social media and venue technology & innovation.

Prior to AEG, Bill was the long running CIO at Royal Caribbean Cruises where the IT team was regularly recognized for innovation excellence. Bill is particularly proud of the recognition his teams have garnered over the years, including top innovation awards from both Computerworld and InformationWeek. Bill was recognized by CIO peers as a “Top Ten Breakaway Leader”, was a founding member of the Florida CIO Summit, is on the editorial advisory board for InformationWeek, is a governing body member of the Southern California CIO Summit and board member for Hospitality Technology Next Generation.
