Finn Schulz has had a 43-year international career within Westin Hotels, SAS International Hotels, Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts and Carlson-Rezidor Hotels. Originally educated as a low voltage engineer, he joined Westin Hotels (then Western International Hotels) in Copenhagen during the opening of their first hotel in Europe.
After he completed computer analysts/programmer education, he moved into the Information Technology field in a specialist role. Initially Finn joined the corporate offices of SAS International Hotels as a systems development manager, eventually becoming vice president of information technology in 1999.

During his tenure, he has led the company into a complete new era with enterprise wide solutions for electronic communications, distribution and guest enabling systems throughout the 350+ hotels in EMEA.

Finn is now retired from Carlson-Rezidor and is a principal of an independent consultancy within hotels and hotel technology.
