Scott is part of Evolution Hospitality’s operations team with specific focus on their largest partner, T2 Hospitality, as well as overseeing the preopening team and operational analytics. With a strong foundation in revenue management, Scott brings an analytical approach to the business. His people-first leadership style has been the overarching theme throughout his career, knowing if we help our people reach their full potential, they will deliver incredible results. Scott can often be found bringing together cross-discipline teams to collaborate on the solution to a specific opportunity, knowing that the collective wisdom will lead to the best answer. Prior to being a part of the launch of Evolution Hospitality in March 2011, Scott held revenue management positions with Tarsadia Hotels, La Costa Resort & Spa, and Hilton Hotels in San Diego.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. Scott has guest lectured on revenue management at San Diego State University and Cal Poly Pomona.
