Noni Gonzalez is vice president, commercial applications at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), responsible for leading the transition of IHG’s reservation systems into the cloud. She is also leading development of a game-changing hotel user interface that combines interactive workflow with IHG’s reservation and revenue systems. Additionally, Noni has full responsibility for the business-to-business platform used by online travel agencies, including Expedia. Her responsibilities include overseeing the revenue management systems that create pricing for all IHG hotels, as well as driving a new Revenue Services user experience for Hotel Revenue Managers. Noni also leads IHG’s worldwide sales, hotel content management and various revenue-based systems that provide high value for all IHG hotels. Also as part of her portfolio, she has responsibility for the Hotel Lobby Experience and the Hotel Owners Lifecyle applications. Her oversight includes the Sales Force Center of Excellence for IHG as a whole.

Before joining IHG in late 2015, Noni held a series of progressive senior technology leadership roles at AT&T, spanning cloud platforms and solution engineering, business network and corporate solutions IT. She has also held technology leadership roles at Oracle and ADP.

Noni has been recognized with multiple awards for her technology leadership and commitment to championing diversity. She also holds an enterprise monitoring management patent and has authored three children’s books to inspire young readers to believe in themselves and achieve their goals.
