Richard Tudgay is responsible for the for developing and executing the technology strategy at Highgate. Highgate is an industry-leading investor and manager of hospitality assets. With over 25 years of experience and corporate offices in New York, London, and Dallas, Highgate is the dominant hotel player in key gateway markets, such as New York, San Francisco, Boston, Miami, Key West and Waikiki, and an expanding presence in key European markets. Highgate operates 85+ hotels and approximately 25,000 rooms around the world, with a diverse portfolio representing everything from legacy brands to bespoke lifestyle and independent hotels.

Prior to joining Highgate, Richard spent 15 years as VP, Technology at Omni Hotels, where he was responsible for implementing and supporting corporate and hotel technology.
