VP, Hotel Technology
Keryn McNamara is the vice president of hotel technology for Omni Hotels & Resorts, driving the technology to support genuine, authentic guest experiences at 60 distinct luxury hotels and resorts in leading business and leisure destinations across North America. Keryn is responsible for collaborating with business and technology partners to drive strategic technology plans for the brand with a focus on guest facing technology, applications, and support.
Keryn joined the Omni family in 2000 and has held several advanced operational and technology leadership roles throughout her career with Omni Hotels & Resorts. Most recently, Keryn served as principal leader for the conversion of half the Omni portfolio’s property management systems to the Cloud. She has transformed key vendor relationships to be true partners to Omni and continues to work with them to evaluate new emerging guest-facing technology opportunities. Keryn is active in various industry groups including Hotel Technology Next Generation (HTNG) and Hospitality Association | Financial & Tech Professionals (HFTP).
