Sara is part of the Research, Innovation & Venture team in Amadeus, heading Amadeus Explore, a global startups partnerships program to explore and validate the application of new technology and business models. Sara is also co-leading Amadeus blockchain strategy, one of the strategic innovation areas that Amadeus is looking at. Sara has more than 13 years of experience in the travel industry, addressing both airlines and travel agency businesses. Sara has a strong background in business & economics and holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the Copenhagen Business School. Sara has a truly international profile: born in Italy, she has lived in six different countries and speaks four different languages.
