Lew J. Harasymiw, Esq. entered the hospitality industry in 2000 as one of the founding members of hubX Inc. At hubX, he designed and developed all aspects of the application architecture including PMS integration, booking engines, call center applications, and administration and content management tools. After Sabre Holdings acquisition of SynXis in 2005, Lew's focus shifted to distribution interfaces and his team managed the planning and implementation of strategic partnerships and automation with the industry's leading booking sites and PMS, RMS and CRM systems. In 2014, Lew moved to TripAdvisor to guide connectivity product development for TripConnect™ and build out the partner ecosystem for TripAdvisor Instant Booking. In 2015 his role expanded to implement larger chains and OTAs, including successfully launching the Instant Booking connectivity for Booking.com. In 2016, Lew joined the IHG Distribution Strategy Team to oversee connectivity and manage relationships with connectivity automation partners. Throughout his career, Lew has been actively involved in multiple hospitality organizations (OpenTravel, HTNG, and HEDNA), including as workgroup chair and board member, to further efficient inventory distribution and industry standardization. He currently sits on the Board of Directors at HEDNA and holds the role of Secretary on the Executive Committee.
