Leslee Torres serves as SVP, Digital, Loyalty, & Partnerships at RLH Corporation leading teams across seven different marketing functions. Prior to RLH Corporation, Leslee was the director of global sales strategy at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. where she designed, implemented, and oversaw operations for two of their most successful global sales programs: a data mining application for sales prospecting and Starwood's targeted group marketing program. Leveraging Starwood's shared data platform, these programs influenced $500 million in revenue in 2015 and were growing at a rate of 40% per annum.
Prior to Starwood, Leslee worked as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their customer strategy practice after spending five years with General Electric running large¬scale technology implementation and user adoption programs.
Leslee holds an MBA from Yale University and a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
