To encourage a safe and successful show, expect to see enhanced hygiene at the hotel. HT-NEXT will follow all recommended procedures according to state and local guidelines in place at the time of the event.

These and other recommendations may evolve as directed by state and local government and health officials.

 

Face Masks

Guests and patrons are not required to wear masks or face coverings at the resort. Attendees are welcome to wear masks, which will be made available onsite. Currently, face coverings are option for all vaccinated hotel staff. Should a guest or patron request a mask to be worn by a staff member at any interaction, the staff member will accomodate. At this time we will not require proof of vaccination unless a policy is put in place by local government. HT-NEXT encourages our attendees to follow CDC & WHO mask recommendations.

 

Increased Sanitization 

HT-NEXT is working closely with The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The resort has been ALLSafe certified by Accor since summer 2020, utilizing the full protocols communicated by Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. The resort exceeds ventilation system capacity recommendations, with state of the art systems throughout their indoor public areas.  Their cleaning protocols are extensive, providing intensive training, increased frequency in high touch areas and utilizing hospital grade cleaning products.  

 

Responsible Distancing  

HT-NEXT will adhere to responsible distancing that enables our guests to feel most comfortable. 

 

Enhanced Hygiene

Attendees are encouraged to wash and sanitize their hands frequently. Sanitizing stations will be available throughout the hotel and event spaces.  Additionally, individual hand sanitizers will be distributed at the event. Special attention will be paid to the restrooms and the increased traffic areas. 

 

Direction from Event Staff 

We know this is an ever changing situation and adjustments may be needed while onsite. We are asking attendees to adhere to all directions and signage from our EIQ event staff.
